Exercise

Get fit. Be fit. Stay fit. 

If you start to get unfit for some reason, get fit again, even if it's slowly.

Learn to defend yourself.  Fight if you have to. 💪
We are fighters.  We are survivors and thrivers.

🏋Lift weight and heavy things (safely).  

You need strength. 

Muscle mass is good and will help protect you and your bones. 

Keep your joints moving every day. 💃 

Don’t do high impact exercise that is doing harm. 🚫

🏊Learn to swim; Take a few adult lessons.
