Career

BE PRODUCTIVE BUT LOVE IT Find what you love to spend your time doing and find a way to monetize it.  $$$  Being in a musical. Being online. Being artistic.   Being creative.  Don’t get stuck in a 9-5 world. But work.    Work hard for every minute someone is paying you their money.  They aren't paying you to socialize, sit around, be on your personal communications.  They are paying you their money to do something.  Have a good work ethic. Be kind. Be smart. Do work you love somehow, some way.

Exercise

Get fit. Be fit. Stay fit.  If you start to get unfit for some reason, get fit again, even if it's slowly. Learn to defend yourself.  Fight if you have to.  ๐Ÿ’ช We are fighters.   We are survivors and thrivers. ๐Ÿ‹Lift weight and heavy things (safely).   You need strength.  Muscle mass is good and will help protect you and your bones.  Keep your joints moving every day. ๐Ÿ’ƒ  Don’t do high impact exercise that is doing harm. ๐Ÿšซ ๐ŸŠLearn to swim; Take a few adult lessons.

Dealing with loss and tragedies

Loss and tragedies will always happen.  They are a sad part of life. You have to know that no matter how terrible things seem in any moment, they will get better.   Life can change in a flash.  That goes both ways. Life will continue to change and your situations and experiences change with it.   Look for the lesson in every experience, and then look for the action out of it. What would or could you do different next time.  Don't get stuck in the past.  It's the past.  Move forward. Sometimes you or your life needs an overhaul; sometimes you can just take baby steps.  Your life will be completely different than it was a decade before no matter what happens.

Nutrition

Eat greens and veges , lots and lots of them, every day .   Eat lean meats or fish, but skip meat some days. Drop sugar or at least cut it out to less than daily. Stay away from processed foods, preservatives, and modified fats.   Eat things grown organic ally and still in the form how they grew.  Learn to bake, cook, and prepare food.  (Like you did with hello fresh) You can follow a recipe.  It's like a chemistry experiment.

$ Money $

Invest, invest, invest.  Budget well, choose your home and cars and travel and expenses based on half your income. Have a savings that could cover your expenses for a year.    You never know when tragedy will strike.    Have savings for emergency expenses; repairs, funerals, medical needs.    Don’t let others manage all your money, even a spouse. Pay attention and know what is happening with shared accounts and any asset you are listed in or on.    Set yourself up to live off the interest of your hard investing so you can retire young enough to enjoy your older life.    Always pay your bills on time and only charge on a credit card what you can pay off in a month.   There is good debt and bad debt and credit card debt is always bad.
