Nutrition



Eat greens and veges, lots and lots of them, every day.  


Eat lean meats or fish, but skip meat some days.


Drop sugar or at least cut it out to less than daily.


Stay away from processed foods, preservatives, and modified fats.  


Eat things grown organically and still in the form how they grew. 


Learn to bake, cook, and prepare food.  (Like you did with hello fresh) You can follow a recipe.  It's like a chemistry experiment.
